The gaspol email verification process
Email verification on gaspol is straightforward. During account registration, you enter your email address. We immediately send a verification email with a clickable link inside. You open that email, click the link, and your account becomes fully active within seconds.
The verification link is unique to your account and expires after a set period. If you do not click it within that window, you can request a new link from your account dashboard. Each new link resets the expiry timer, so you always have a fresh opportunity to verify.
Our verification system checks your email address against our database to prevent duplicate accounts and fraud. If you try to register a second account using the same email, the system blocks it. This protects both your account security and our platform integrity.
Once verified, your email remains linked to your gaspol account permanently. You cannot change it without contacting our support team. This ensures that account recovery, password resets, and withdrawal notifications all reach the correct inbox.
Why verification matters for deposits and withdrawals
We require email verification before you can deposit or withdraw funds. This is a standard security measure across the industry. It confirms that you own the email address on file and can receive communications about your account.
When you request a withdrawal, we send a confirmation email to your verified address. You must click the link in that email to authorize the withdrawal. This prevents unauthorized fund transfers if someone gains access to your account password but does not control your email.
Deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet also require a verified email. Our payment partners use email verification as part of their anti-fraud protocols, so we enforce it on our side as well.
What if you do not receive the verification email
If the verification email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers filter automated messages, so the link may be hidden there. If you find it in spam, mark it as "not spam" so future gaspol emails reach your inbox.
If the email is nowhere to be found, log into your gaspol account dashboard and select the option to resend verification. We will send a fresh link immediately. You can request a new verification link as many times as needed — there is no limit.
Checking your verification status
Once you log into gaspol, your dashboard displays your account status. It clearly shows whether your email is verified or pending. If pending, you will see a button to resend the verification link.
You can also view your registered email address in your account settings and confirm it matches what you intended. If you made a typo during registration, contact our support team to update it before verification.
Account access before and after verification
Your gaspol account exists immediately after registration, but it remains in pending status until email verification completes. In pending status, you can view our platform, check odds for Liga 1 and other tournaments, and read our sportsbook rules. You cannot, however, deposit funds or place any entries.
Once verified, full access unlocks. You can deposit through any of our payment channels, transfer funds into your account balance, and begin engaging with football markets, live-dealer tables, slot games, or esports tournaments.
Verification typically takes seconds if you click the link immediately. The longest delay usually comes from email delivery itself — major providers sometimes take a few minutes to deliver automated messages. Once you click the link, your status changes instantly.
Password resets and email recovery
Your verified email is also your account recovery method. If you forget your gaspol password, you request a password reset, and we send a reset link to your verified email. This is why maintaining access to your registered email is critical.
If you no longer have access to your registered email (for example, if your email account is closed), contact our support team right away. We can help you verify your identity through alternative documentation and update your email address to one you currently control.
During periods like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, when support volume is high, responses may take longer than usual. Plan ahead if you need to change your email address.
Multiple accounts and email reuse
Our terms of service permit one verified account per person. If you attempt to register a second account using the same email address, the system rejects the registration. This prevents account duplication and protects against abuse.
If you have legitimately closed a previous gaspol account and want to register a new one, you will need to use a different email address. Once a new account is created and verified, it operates independently from any closed account.
